Warranty
All warranties on our products are that of the manufacturer. Innovative Bowling Products agrees to repair or replace any product or part thereof, or its manufacturer, when necessary, as a result of defects in workmanship or material arising within one year from the date of purchase. This applies only to the original purchaser and must be returned to Innovative Bowling Products, prepaid, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. This warranty shall not apply to any product or component thereof which has been repaired or altered outside the factory, nor due to misuse, negligence or accident. In no event will Innovative Bowling Products be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Returns
No returns accepted without prior consent.  Merchandise must be shipped prepaid to Innovative Bowling Products.  Returns made for reasons other than defective merchandise or Innovative Bowling Products error will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Delivery
Every attempt is made to ship all orders the same day they are received.  Warehouse staff shall have the right to ship the fastest, cheapest method possible.  Unless otherwise noted, UPS will be used within weight restrictions.   Save C.O.D. charges by sending a check or prepay by credit card.

FOB
All prices are net and FOB.

Our terms are prepaid or C.O.D., also accepted for your convenience MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.
